ListKit ("we", "us") provides an AI writing tool for real estate listing marketing. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
- Email address — when you unlock a free listing kit or make a payment. We use it to recognize you and, with your opt-in, to send occasional product updates.
- Property details you enter — address, beds/baths, price, features — used only to generate your listing package. Generated output is returned to you and is not stored on our servers.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic usage data — a random browser identifier for free-tier limits, plus anonymous page views for improving the product. No personal identity is attached.
2. How we use it
- To provide the generation service and enforce the free-tier limit.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To improve product quality and fix issues.
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not use your property details to train AI models or share them with third parties.
- We do not send marketing email unless you've used the service (and you can unsubscribe anytime).
4. Data retention & deletion
We keep only what's needed to run the service. To request deletion of your email and usage data, contact us at xiaoman2001.li@gmail.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.
