Terms of Service

By using ListKit ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

ListKit generates real estate listing marketing copy (MLS descriptions, open house announcements, social posts, and follow-up emails) from property facts you provide, with a built-in Fair Housing wording review.

2. AI-generated content — your responsibility

Output is AI-generated and must be reviewed by you before publication. We aim for accuracy, but output may contain errors or omissions.
You are solely responsible for the final content you publish, including compliance with MLS rules, local regulations, and the Fair Housing Act.
The Fair Housing review is an informational guideline, not legal advice. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney or your local real estate association.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the property information you enter and to the copy generated for you. We do not claim ownership of your output.

4. Payments & refunds

Pricing: one-time access ($19/year), Pro subscription ($99/year or $9/month), or free tier (limited).
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; one-time payments do not renew.
Refunds: contact us within 14 days of purchase if the Service fails to work as described, and we'll issue a refund for one-time payments or the current subscription period.
You can cancel a subscription anytime from the Stripe payment portal or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, discriminatory under the Fair Housing Act, defamatory, or that infringes others' rights. You may not attempt to abuse the free tier, bypass payments, or disrupt the Service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses from published listing content.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
